James Taylor concert

Brian took me to see James Taylor as a belated birthday present at Chateau St. Michelle (including dinner...a real date!). If you're not familiar with the venue, concerts are in an open field at the winery. It was maybe the best concert we've ever been to, his voice and his entire band were wonderful, he was very entertaining and the weather was perfect. As I suspected, were were among the youngest (except for the kids who came along with their parents) and suprisingly, the 50-60 age group surrounding us were quite the movers and shakers. Also surprising, the music was LOUD! Our ears were ringing when we left (that could have something to do with our close proximity to stage/speakers). Very fun though!
